Who can submit a grant application?

A pastor, parochial vicar, youth minister, teacher, counselor, parent, or volunteer who is working directly with middle school and/or high school youth under the supervision of a parish pastor or school chaplain can submit a request.  Remember that a pastor’s signature is required!

How far in advance do I have to submit my grant application?

As of now, we will have two grant cycles per year - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. The dates are as follows:

Fall:

October 15 - Applications due

November 15 - Awards issued

Spring:

March 15: Applications due

April 15: Awards Issued

How much can I ask for?

The grants are capped at $2,500, however, the board would like to be able to help as many programs as possible so we hope to spread the love as much as we can!

How specific does my application need to be?

The more information you can give us the better we can determine your needs and how they stack up to other applications.  So be as specific as you can (i.e. ticket prices; registration costs; room rates; transportation costs; supply costs, etc.)
